Officially known as the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme, is designed to assist people who have suffered life-changing injuries or conditions as a result of a Troubles-related incident. To qualify, a person must have suffered a severe and permanent physical or psychological injury caused through no fault of their own during the Troubles.
