The firm has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of criminal work ranging from motoring offences at the Petty Sessions to serious Crown Court matters.
We have many years experience appearing in criminal matters in Petty Sessions Courts, Crown Courts and instructing barristers in the Court of Criminal Appeal. We have 4 qualified solicitor advocates with full rights of audience in the Crown Court. On occasions we will be able to conduct these cases without the need to instruct a barrister. We have appeared for clients in virtually all criminal matters ranging from minor driving offences, serious driving offences where injury or death has occurred, to benefit fraud, thefts from employers, sexual offences, offences involving internet downloading, offences involving violence ranging from common assault to GBH to murder. Legal aid will be available for most criminal offences.
We have expert witnesses in all fields including forensic and tax accountants and work with on a daily basis many barristers specialising in criminal work. We have solicitors on call on a 24 hour basis to attend police stations for PACE interviews. We act for both legally aided and fee paying clients.
